Citadel Property Stewards is concerned about your privacy and safety.  For this reason we do not accept applications online or via email for any reason.  All applications should be mailed to P.O. Box 341, Camarillo, Ca 93011 or dropped off in person.  For quicker application processing we have included a printable online application on the Application Process page.  Please print and fill this out and bring with you to your scheduled appointment.

How Information Will be Used

All information you provide will be used to qualify you as a resident only.  Job and salary history, social security number, birth date, relations and previous addresses are used to verify your identity and for determining your resident qualifications. Information regarding other people listed will be used for checking references.  Under no circumstances does Citadel Property Stewards ever sell your personal information.  General Information (examples: gender, age range, type of work, city you previously lived in etc.) may be used for statistics for marketing purposes only, but you will never be identified individually.

Records Policy

All social security numbers and other personal information of this nature will be disposed of after application processing.  Please be aware that any retained information will be securely kept in locked company record storage.  Your information following processing WILL NOT be used except in the event of a disagreement regarding the law and for statistical uses described above.  All employees of Citadel Property Stewards have undergone an extensive background check upon hire, and we guarantee that they will handle your information with the utmost care.
